Installed Eagle Fork Brace

I ordered an Eagle Mike fork brace on Friday and it arrived today (Monday), so I installed it.  When I pulled the gators up I found some red dirt underneath, but it cleaned off easily with a soft brush and compressed air.  I applied a small amount of anti-seize to the clamp bolts and torqued to 80 inch pounds as instructed.  Should I install a new, lowered fender?
A thing of beauty

Upgraded subframe bolts

Today, I drilled the frame and installed Eagle Mike's bolt-through subframe kit.  Drilling the frame took around a half-hour, mainly because I spent a lot of time cleaning the shavings as they collected on the rags.  As instructed, I drilled halfway through from both sides and the holes met up about 1/16" off in the middle.  I just had to drill a bit deeper from both sides to even it out, and the bolt made it through without much binding.  I now have heartburn, which is funny because I hardly ever get heartburn; must be from stress (I was a little worried about messing this up!!).  Now I can install my black gas tank that I purchased from a local guy parting out his 2003 bike.

Installed IMS shifter and pegs

A 10mm racheting box wrench really helps when installing or removing the shifter
No more slippery rubber pegs

Found and corrected a serious wiring flaw

Just before putting the stator cover back on, I noticed a bad wiring flaw.  The rotor had worn through the outer jacket, but had not damaged the wires.
The rotor wore through the outer jacket, but the wires looked okay
This is how the wires should have been routed
